IIS Alumni Party 2008
On February 8, 2008, the second meeting of IIS Alumni Thailand Chapter was held at the Rama Garden Hotel with support from IIS Alumni Thai Chapter. Two representatives from IIS, namely, Prof. Tomonari Yashiro, Prof. Kimiro Meguro, Dr. Shinji Tanaka and Dr. Wataru Takeuchi also joined the event.
The meeting started by the speech from Prof. Tomonari Yashiro, The vice president of The Institute of Industrial Science (IIS), Dr. Suvit Vibulsresth, The member of GISTDA and president of IIS Alumni Thailand Chapter, and Prof. Kimiro Meguro, Director of International Center for Urban Safety Engineering (ICUS). Each IIS alumni kindly gave a short speech about their experience in IIS and the important of IIS Alumni Thailand Chapter. The IIS representative gave presents to the selected IIS Alumni and the meeting was closed by the speech of Dr. Suvit Vibulsresth.
