IIS Bangkok Branch Office was founded on March 21st, 2006, the IIS Bangkok Branch Office located in Chula Unisearch, Chulalongkorn University serves as the business center for IIS faculties who visit Bangkok or nearby area to organize seminars or conducting collaborative research work. This office was established on the agreement between International Institute of Industrial Science (IIS), the University of Tokyo and Chula Unisearch, Chulalongkorn University.
